Allan Millmaker, Chief Executive Officer

Allan is an entrepreneur and experienced oil and Gas executive based in Houston, Texas with over 30 years experience in the industry. 

After obtaining a first class B.Sc. honors degree in Production Engineering and Management at the University of Strathclyde, UK, Allan’s career has seen him work for many of the largest oil and gas companies in the world including British Petroleum, Mobil, Shell and Statoil. He also worked in the Oil & Gas service sector for Navion and later joined Bluewater, relocating to the United States to head up their US office and take responsibility for their business in North and South America.

In 2005 Allan left Bluewater to establish himself as an independent project generator specializing in the development of quality oil and gas projects and oil service business ventures.

Philip Mann, Chief Financial Officer

Philip’s experience lies in the financial Services, shipping and oil & gas sectors which includes numerous international blue-chip companies.

After attending a leading British University and studying for a BA (hons) degree in Business Studies, Philip’s career has seen him work with Friends Provident; Capital Shipbrokers (now part of ICAP in London) and Aker Floating Production in Singapore. Through these, he has gained excellent working knowledge of shipbuilding techniques, project planning and costings, primarily focused on floating production and offshore drilling vessels.

Recently Philip has held positions as consultant finance manager with a public oil company based in London and continues to provide consultancy services to an international engineering company.
