Mr. Henderson has over 30 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Mr. Henderson is currently President of WBH Energy Partners, LLC, a privately held company developing resource plays in Texas. Mr. Henderson previously served as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for EEX Corporation listed on the NYSE (Now part of Newfield Exploration) from 1997-2002 with notable points being the acquisition and integration of Tesoro domestic assets and discovery of a 200 million barrel Gulf of Mexico Deep water field. Mr. Henderson was also instrumental in developing the "Treasure Island" ultra-deep play in the Gulf of Mexico. Earlier in his career, Mr. Henderson served as Senior Vice President International Pennzoil Corporation from 1991-1997 with notable points being that Mr. Henderson negotiated participation in the four billion barrel ACG Unit field development offshore Azerbaijan.
Mr. Edmonson serves as special counsel at Hall Estill, one of Oklahoma’s largest law firms. He has 30 years of experience working as in-house counsel and in various management positions. Prior to joining Hall Estill, Mr. Edmonson served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Syntroleum Corporation. Prior to this, Richard was with EEX Corporation, serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, as well as PennzEnergy Company, where he served as Senior Vice President, Negotiations and Land and Pennzoil Exploration & Production Company, serving as Senior Vice President - Legal.
During his extensive career, Mr. Edmonson has negotiated transactions covering operating areas in the United States (both onshore and offshore), Canada, South America, North Africa, the Middle East, the former Soviet Union, Australia and Asia. He has drafted and negotiated agreements for projects covering the formation of project entities and related governance issues; land, lease and easement acquisition; design, engineering, procurement and construction; project financing; operating agreements; product sales and transportation agreements; and governmental support issues.
Mr. Edmonson received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma State University in 1973 and his juris doctor degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1977. Mr. Edmonson is a member of a number of legal and industry organizations.
Mr. Davis has over 35 years of experience in a variety of service organizations and operating companies mostly related to the energy business. His experience includes 11 years in public accounting, 4 years as chief financial officer of Sandefer Oil and Gas that raised and spent $300 million in 3 years, 5 years as a management and financial consultant to the energy industry, 3 years as general partner of Enerfin Partners LTD that owned 1,200 miles of gas gathering lines and 17 years as CEO of a national entertainment company that grew both internally and through acquisitions. Terry has been active in several industry and community organizations.
