KYTX Oil & Gas

KYTX Oil & Gas is a wholly owned subsidiary with 71 wells located on 4,040 acres held by production in Knox County, Kentucky. On the basis of 20 acre well spacing there is potential for upto 131 additional wells on the current acreage. Alamo is operator of the KYTX acreage.

Production is targeted from the Devonian Shale and Big Lime formations. Alamo is in the process of maximizing production from the existing wells through a number of measures such as conducting large multi-stage fracs and innovative completion techniques on a number of uncompleted wells. Production from the current wells is approximately 300mscf/day

KYTX Pipeline

KYTX Pipeline is a wholly owned subsidiary consisting of 23 miles of high quality pipeline infrastructure located over the 4,040 acres, which are held by production in Knox County, Kentucky. The pipeline network is capable of handling 9,000,000 mscf/day and is connected to the Delta pipeline system

KYTX Drilling

KYTX Drilling is a wholly owned subsidiary consisting of one drilling rig, a workover rig and associated equipment to allow for drilling, completion and well maintenance to be performed in-house thus lowering costs and minimising any potential time delays.
